Spotting a Gap Between Industry and Education

Swati noticed a troubling gap between industry and academia. Kids were learning technical skills like coding and robotics from a young age, but they weren’t developing problem-solving abilities. With her IT background, she knew technology should be a tool, not the focus. The emphasis on these skills was limiting children’s creativity and critical thinking.

Launching a New Learning Program

To address this, Swati created a short program for young learners to boost their creativity and problem-solving skills. The program quickly became popular in Singapore, with parents and students asking for more. But then the pandemic hit, giving Swati time to pause and rethink her approach.

Adapting During the Pandemic

During the pandemic, Swati realized that a one-off workshop wouldn’t cut it. The program needed to be more comprehensive. Requests started coming in from schools around the world for online sessions. Swati refined her training methods and teamed up with experts to build a well-rounded program.

Meeting a Like-Minded Partner

In 2022, Swati met Tanya Sarin, who had run a similar venture in India. Tanya focused on enriching learning experiences through industry visits. Swati’s tech expertise and Tanya’s hands-on approach made them a powerful team, united by a common goal.

Today, their program is a success in many countries, earning praise from parents, teachers, and students alike. Swati and Tanya’s vision has made a significant impact, empowering kids to think creatively and entrepreneurially.
